Harringay: Hardworking People, Limited Time

Small business owners managing everything themselves.

Many people here have trained before. They’ve joined gyms. They’ve done classes. They’ve started and stopped.

The pattern isn’t laziness — it’s lack of structure.

How Fitnastic Converts Effort Into Results

Most gyms rely on motivation. Fitnastic relies on system.

1. You Are Coached

Members aren’t left to self-programme long term. Sessions are structured and progression is managed.

2. We Track Capability, Not Just Calories

We look at:

3. Routine Beats Intensity

The aim is not to exhaust you. It is to build repeatable weeks.

While strength training, nutrition, and sleep support overall wellbeing, Fitnastic does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Members with existing injuries or health concerns train with adaptations and are encouraged to coordinate with healthcare professionals where necessary.

The Fitnastic Foundation Programme (6-Week Reset)

The Fitnastic Foundation Programme (FFP) is the structured 6-week starting point (~£400).

It is designed for people who:

Step 1 – Assessment

We review history, mobility, and injury background. A structured movement screen identifies weaknesses or imbalances before progression.

Step 2 – Technical Learning

You learn core movement patterns properly. Control comes before load.

Step 3 – Weekly Rhythm

We establish a routine of 3 sessions per week, 45–60 minutes, that fits around work shifts, school runs, and commuting.

This is where many Harringay members stop “trying” and start progressing.

Assessment

Mobility, injury history, and baseline strength are reviewed. A structured movement screen ensures safe loading.

Technical Integration

Movement patterns are coached carefully before progression.

Habit Installation

Training becomes predictable and repeatable. This is where many Harringay members regain momentum.

From Foundation To Inner Circle

After 6 weeks, most members transition into Inner Circle (~£250 pcm).

This is where long-term progress compounds. Common outcomes reported by members include:

The membership structure is designed to protect coaching standards and delivery quality.

Community That Supports Consistency

Harringay members value practicality — but they also value connection. Fitnastic builds consistency through:

It is not about ego. It is about belonging.
