This is not about extremes. It’s about capability that transfers into daily life.
Fitnastic does not operate as an access gym with optional coaching layered on top.
The model is simple:
Coaching First
You are trained, not left alone. Programming is structured, and progression is deliberate.
Progress Is Measured Through Capability
We look at:
Psychological Wins Are Not Secondary
Members regularly report:
While training, sleep, and nutrition support general wellbeing, Fitnastic does not claim to treat medical conditions. Members with health concerns are encouraged to coordinate with their clinician.
Phase 1 – Assessment
We review training history, mobility, injury background, and capacity.
A structured movement screen identifies asymmetries or weaknesses before load increases.
Phase 2 – Technical Integration
Members learn core movement patterns with coaching feedback.
Precision comes before intensity.
Phase 3 – Rhythm Establishment
Training becomes predictable — typically 3 sessions per week, 45–60 minutes.
Routine removes decision fatigue.
This is where most Crouch End members notice the first meaningful shift: they stop “trying to get fit” and start living as someone who trains.

Mobility, injury history, and baseline strength are reviewed. A structured movement screen ensures safe loading.

Movement patterns are coached carefully before progression.

Training becomes predictable and repeatable. This is where many Crouch End members regain momentum.
After 6 weeks (approx. £400), members typically move into Inner Circle (approx. £250 pcm).
Inner Circle is not just continued access. It is ongoing progression management.
The difference shows up in:
Crouch End members value identity. Fitnastic becomes part of how they see themselves.
Seasonal events — including Valentine’s and Halloween gatherings — strengthen that identity. Members feel:
It’s community without ego.
Whether you’re coming from Crouch End Broadway, near the Clocktower, or heading in from the Priory Park side, Fitnastic is typically a 10–12 minute journey by car or bus.
That proximity matters.
When training is easy to reach, it becomes easier to repeat.
This is structured coaching delivery — not access-only membership.
Yes. Many members join because they want better structure and faster results under coaching. The Foundation Programme recalibrates movement quality and progression.
Yes. The structured 45–60 minute sessions remove decision fatigue and build routine that survives variable work patterns.
No. Training is adapted individually. The aim is strength, balance, and independence — not intensity for its own sake.
No. It suits both beginners and experienced trainees who want accountability and progression management.
The system is designed so you don’t rely on motivation. Scheduled sessions, coaching presence, and community reduce drop-off risk.
This page reflects the operational standards of Fitnastic and was reviewed by Jordan Loy, Co-Founder and Owner Coach.
Jordan’s approach emphasises discipline, consistency, and reconnection with movement as a lifestyle. Having returned to structured training after stepping away during early business life, he built Fitnastic to provide a space where professionals can regain control over their health, stress, and physical capability — without extremes.
